Do you have a 6 berth, or 4 berth van that does not have the corresponding number of belted forward/rear facing designated travel seats?

Our first 6 berths 6 seat belts 2nd and 3rd 4 seatbelts 4ish berths
My first ever, home built, not by me, 2 seatbelts but could sleep 8 if you were all good friends 😉

Hymer MLT570
4 belted seats
2 berths

Plus an 'occasional'/child berth, (more suitable for a large dog)
That said: I've slept for weeks at a time, in many '3 person' hike tents, which are smaller than the double bed,
As long as the person in the middle was sleeping the other way around, it would be fine for a 3rd person for a night or two.

We have a six berth van but with only two belted seats in the rear; apparently it was an optional extra at new to have the two rear facing seats fitted with belts.

2 berth, 4 belted seats. I believe it is possible to buy a child berth to use bench seat and lowered table.

In all myself builds yes.

In my previous coach builts no.
My Eura had 7 births with only 5 forward facing belted seats and 2 rear facing.
My Hymer had 6 births with only 5 forward facing belted seats and 2 rear facing.

We have 3 berth and 4 belted seats but only 2, driver and passenger shown on V5 🤷‍♀️
That will be remedied shortly when V5 gets send for up-plating .

It has always seemed to me they often don,t match up but i guess 6 berth 4 seats ,4 can travel and you might have two friends turn up in a car later with a bottle of wine ,pineapple and some pampas grass 😉🍻

Cheers Cris

Our 2002 Hymer B544 has 6 belted seats.
Berths?
Interesting.
Drop down bed double
Dinette double
Side bench single
However you could fill in the gap between the double and single to make one huge bed, theoretically 4 berths.

The gotcha was the payload.
There wasn't enough to seat 6 adults so to fill all the belted seats some would have to be kids

Is this a poll?

We have 2 berths and 4 belts

Ours is 6 berth but only 5 travelling. However, one of the 3 seats in the back with seatbelts is side facing which is not legal in Spain and I guess UK either. I have removed that belt same as I have removed the boards, stairs and mattresses for the other 3 berths, so in reality the van is for 2 😀

Originally 8 seater but 3 of them were/are lapbelts and 2 were part of diner unit and one a barrel chair (removed by previous owner).
Personally wouldn't have trusted the method used on diner (removed anyway) and side facing lapbelts are arguably more dangerous than no belt.
Americans have different ideas on safety.....

No 4 berth only 2 belted seats but that’s what we wanted ,if we take any of the grandchildren away we take the car with us as well.It was the layout we wanted.

4 berths, but only 2 belted seats, unfortunately. When we got the van we weren't expecting grandchildren - now we've got 3.
