Do motor home/caravan service places weigh axles?

Just a passing thought.
I think that some police spot checks use portable pads which can weigh axles when they are looking for overloaded vehicles.
Do service places have the same kit?
I assume that very few or none have a proper weighbridge.

I don't know any dealer or service location that has weighing facilities. A few Warners rallies we have been on Jim has arranged for SAP{?) to weigh vans on a voluntary basis on arrival using the drive-over pads. The weights they gave me on our Bessacarr were slightly less than on the local weighbridge which is fair enough as I had used some fuel to get there.
