Do I need this bit of trim?

There are many people making plastic replacement parts for almost anything. It has to be worth a tentative enquiry of companies like Diggerjohn mentions. Nothing lost by an enquiry.
As for prices I twice broke the bottom corner panel on my Dethleffs before fitting air suspension. Fitting took about 30 minutes and parts cost £450 each time for a single vacuum moulded part.

Wow, £1,500 - that's crazy!

On the other hand, when I damaged the rather neat Rapido-specific led awning light and rain gutter on my van, and which is unavailable in the same design anywhere else, I paid just £73 for the whole assembly, including vat and delivery from the Rapido factory in France. Which In the grand scheme of things I thought was reasonable.

Having the damaged one removed, the new one fitted and rewired and the dented roof repaired at a local bodyshop was a further £450.

Middle pic is after a temporary repair and the last image is of the replacement fitted.

They are all at it. I had a small leak on my Savannah which I finally tracked down to coming through the rear mini Heki sky light. Took it off and managed to have it slide off my knee whilst removing the goo breaking the dome. Phoned local showroom to be told UNBREAKABLE polycarbonate dome £109, o_OComplete Heki £180o_O. Managed to track one down in Sheffield for £109 complete and he threw in a new tube of correct goo too.:giggle:

I lost the same type of deflector off my Rapido, just carried on driving van without replacing it for a couple of years and had no problems with the skylight
