Detling cancelled?

We’ve just had a text from SL CMC telling us Morton’s are cancelling the Detling Show in June. We’ve booked with them that’s why they are notifying us now. Anyone else know why.

Actually just gone back into the Detling website and they say due to tough trading environment for the last couple of years they’ve decided to no longer continue.
Also it seems others are cancelled. Don’t know which ones yet do you?

They bought two Newark Shows and the Detling show from Russ and Neil of Event Developments. The shows, especially the Newark shows were already shrinking fast when Mortons Media purchased. Loss makers from the outset I imagine. They persevered with them longer than I thought they might. No loss. Too many shows means too many naff shows.
