Dethleffs power issue

Hello. We are plugged in to hook up, lights are on. 12v dash started flashing, no we have lights but no electric sockets are working ie to use kettle. What’s going on? Any help gratefully received thanks

It could be that mains is wired backwards ie live is neutral.
The electrobloc dosnt like this.
Disconnect mains and see if dash goes back to normal.
Lights work as they are fed from battery.
Sockets dont care about polarity snd should be working so suspect a tripped fuse in fusebox.

Sounds like the supply has tripped and you are back on 12v. Check the hook up point first, as that is the most likely culprit, see if that has tripped. If that is OK check the trip in the van. If they are both OK come back to us.

Has it always been OK before, but this problem has suddenly appeared? Or is the motorhome new to you, and it's the first time you've tried it? Did the problem start when you switched on the kettle?
