Expensive.
AND they no longer accept requests for spares and accessories by phone. They are obviously much too important to answer the phone to the great unwashed. You are instructed to fill in a form on line giving all the details of your motorhome and what you want to buy. Don't know what you are supposed to do if you are not on line.

I have to say I found them okay for parts.

After sales, don’t even go there, but parts, was okay.
Have to agree re after sales. Before sale and during, they were excellent. Kept us informed throughout. Problem was they lost one set of the van keys, didn't tell us but sent a message with the driver collecting it for us from Stafford and bring it down to Southampton. They sent a message to say they had ordered a spare set and would get them to us.
After about 4 weeks, chased them and had to chase 2 or 3 more times before they told us the keys were in but said we had to get the van back to Stafford to get them reprogrammed. When I objected and said their fault and I expect them to come to us, they said they couldn't do that as the reprogramming had to be done in their workshop. I said surely they could send the keys to us and we could go to a local dealer - at first, they refused but then changed their mind. My problem has been actually finding someone to do the work locally so still not completed

Hi All. Any Dethleffs dealer will get you parts. TravelWorld are one, but there are many more.
Also, Reliance in Chichester are very good. There will probably be no price difference between any, so go to the one with which you feel happiest.
Dethleffs are really good for parts supply.
You didn't say which part you need. If it isn't specific, like a body moulding, ask again as there are good, cheaper substitutes for many (including rear light clusters etc etc) which have UK stock.

My local specialist keysmith offers this much cheaper than buying the Fiat keys. Check locally as, if you take the original first set in they seem to be able to copy and transfer to a new set.
I did this a few years ago to create a second set, doubtless others will be able to tell me I am out of date or wrong!🤭

Thank you - I have the keys now but just need the reprogramming done - local to Southampton or preferably mobile
