Any ideas if it's cheaper than UK ?
I'm looking to replace a top partial denture and UK private want £1400 for a quality chrome cobalt ..
I'm popping into a local place tomorrow in Portugal .....

Btw.. I'll be heading to Benidorm in a few weeks
.

Not sure if it helps but this is our dentist's price list - a d they are very, very, good. https://www.dentadanes.com/prices/

Very expensive compared to Poland. We pay less than half of that.

As an aside, I once had a good and cheap dentist in Greece, who had a first-floor surgery with a chair facing the open french windows, through which I could see my yacht bobbing at anchor.
Makes for relaxation before the drill starts:giggle:

We both have dental work 🦷 done in Spain, always found it cheaper 👍

Dental work is cheaper in Spain but unfortunately I have only found one good one, but he emigrated to South Africa.

That sounds more expensive than even here in france. I have just had a lower partial plate with two teathand due to limited space the frame is more expensive and metal, it cost me just under 1000€ and that also included an extraction.

Funny enough my dentist is spanish

I've just had a check up, numerous xrays and a new Crown made and fitted for around €400. Our dentist on our complex in Spain. She's very nice and gentle and explains everything she's doing.

I am paying 400€ for a replacement full acrylic plate, there are only four teeth in it two both sides,we are actually both going this morning and my wife is having a half top plate with just two teeth in.Mine we’re ready after about 10 days after having the mould and then fitting.
Hope that helps.

I mentioned to our Portugese friends that our new dentist was Portugese. "Oh, he won't be any good" was the reply. The jury's still out.

You have just reminded me,my dentist is young and gentle.
Also has the most beautiful bright blue eyes, that helps to forget any discomfort .
If any language difficulty just make sure you don’t get a metal plate, that was €400 and I couldn’t wear it,looked and felt like Jaws!

Just had my final set fitted and the temporary set reshaped to suit shrinking gums £253 on the NHS. Very good dentist, far better than any private ones I've used.

We both have work done in Portugal at LuzDent. Cheaper than the UK. Very professional and they have everything on site including their own labs and technicians so no long waits.

We've been using Grupo Dental in Fuengirola (also in Malaga) for may years. Very modern professional clinic with great prices. €790 for a crown and implant fillings are €30
