Amazing how so called professionals think this is acceptable, even tried glueing panel. Dealers name is not important...

I think the dealers name is important otherwise all you are going to get is agreement and you've done nothing to prevent others suffering the same fate.

Possibly but point is to get approved fitters independently to dealer. Phantom actually recommends this company probably as they sell quite a few units through them and phantom actually ignored our emails about this. Had local fitter sort now.
 
By now you should be aware that motorhome dealers do not employ qualified electricians or good qualified engineers. I always tell the dealer when buying "this is probably the last time you will see me back here".
Why would I want your team of monkeys working on my £//000 motorhome.

glueing items to vehicles is now acceptable practice we have the technology so using it isnt a bad thing, try screwing a gps or dab ariel to the screen
your windscreen is glued in most spoilers are glued on if you have a factory built pvc all the side windows are glued on
using the wrong glue is the same as choosing the wrong screw
