Anyone happen to know if there is anywhere to park a 6 m campervan near the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital near Birmingham? Just for daytime to attend appointments, no need for overnight. Many thanks.

There is parking outside on the Bristol Road but usually full. I would look for somewhere on the estate opposite, Weoley Castle and walk over.

Alternatively, if you ring the switchboard and ask to go through to estates department and explain, they are usually quite helpful.

Thanks ever so much.

I think there is an app showing private homes where the owner will let you park on their drive for a small fee. Sorry not sure of the app name but I'm sure someone will post details. Sadly it's not the best area for safe parking.

Thanks for that. I have already looked for ‘private’ parking options on JustPark, but nothing suitable.

The cross city railway line has a stop at Selly Oak, about 1 mile from hospital, buses and taxis from station. Might be easier to look at parking out of town if you are concerned.
