Hi everyone.
I have just had my hab check done,
All is good apart from I have damp under my toilet area and all down the drivers side of my moho....No damp IN the van, which is good....Anyone local to SE London/Kent area who can look at this for me?

When you say no damp in the van do you mean it's damp under the floor outside in those areas. If so look at the floor to walk seal underneath some of ours had started to separate leaving a gap scraping out and resealing cost very little.

Given the age and Manufacturer ( Swift badged as the Bessacarr brand ) I think it’s highly likely the outside skirt seals are letting water in and the floor is getting wet everytime it rains. I had exactly the same problem. If Johnnygooner checks the sealant around the trim in the problem areas I suspect he will see gaps where the water is coming in . If he’s really unlucky he will have the Swift black plastic membrane covering the outside of the floor ( like mine ) . This prevents the problem areas ever drying out .
