Slight damp in back of boot unable to confirm when dealer will have it in for repair, thoughts on taking it to Burstner Factory, realistic of fantasy?

Id go back to Burstner you don’t want a dealer touching it.

Depends. A factory isn't necessity set up to do repairs. Or to deal with customers. They might not even have the parts if the build has changed.
