Curtain Hooks boring but necessary!

I have a 2001 Pilote Galaxy 240 inherited from my Dad.Its great but the curtains need replacing. That's an easy job, but the curtains are hung on a metal rail with hooks that I believe are T sliders, I just cannot find the ones I need, all ends come back with no success, I don't want to replace the rails..I wollnpost photos of the gliders and hooks and keep my fingers crossed
