Could chausson have made the cupboard catches any more flimsy? Does anyone know of a cheap supplier as I need a couple .... thanks

When we first looked at vans many years ago I managed to break the catch on a drawer in a Chausson, the sales girl showed us a Bessacarr next, haven't managed to break any catches so far though two have worn out and required replacement.

Only had my Chausson 5 months and thats 2 broken catches already.

I think i need to be less heavy handed when opening them as they are just flimsy plastic

If they have broken so soon it surely should be a 'not fit for purpose' warranty claim. If the door handle on your car broke after such a short time you would expect the dealer to replace it so why not a motor home supplier?

The dealer is getting more for me and extra handles just in case.
