We're hoping to spend Christmas in Spain this year, is there any need to put Cross Climate Tyres on our motorhome. Also I was wondering if it is a legal requirement to put them on for the winter

Don't know about Spain but if driving down through France in all departments with mountains you need either tyres with the 3 peak symbol or snow chains.
We do both we have winter tyres and carry snow chains.

Winter tyres are pretty much mandatory across the alpine regions, if you are driving down then I don´t think you can avoid having them.

We are planning Christmas and New Year in Spain if the MH arrives, winter tyres will be the first fitment for the journey......
