Hi I have been trying to apply for a critic air sticker, but every time I enter the co2 shown on my registration document the site comes up with a message that the figures entered don’t correspond with the vehicle.it’s a VW transporter T6 .1 from 2022. Figure on registration 199 co2.
Has anyone else had this problem , and anyone have any idea how to rectify this problem.

What happens if you leave it blank, it should then go by the year. Most Motorhomes don't have an entry for emissions on the V5.

As above - assuming you're using the correct website, not one of the "brokers" who charge ridiculous sums for forwarding your information to the website you could have used yourself.

I’m another that has done this lately. A copy of the relevant part of the V5 is sufficient info. I’ve received mine and the cost was under a fiver.

I can’t complete the application because field J Vehicle Category on my V5C is blank, I’ve spoken the the DVLA and they don’t have this information either, does anyone have an idea as to what to enter in the French application for a Fiat Ducato 1997cc diesel 2006 model year?

J is blank on mine, didn't cause any problem.
vehicle category is M1 SP but I don't think you can put that I think the nearest is N1, that is what I put.

N1 is vehicles used for the carriage of goods.

Motorhomes are M1 - it’s shown on my V5C as that as well.

But Lenny M1 doesn’t just cover passenger cars, as a motorhome is still a vehicle category M1 not N1, which is the entry under J on the V5C. The SPV Body Type will be categorised under D.5: Body Type ‘Motor Caravan’ as per S.5 on the link I posted above:

2.5.1.
Motor caravan“: A special purpose M1 category vehicle constructed to include accommodation space which contains at least the following equipment:

(a) Seats and table;

(b) Sleeping accommodation which may be converted from the seats;

(c) Cooking facilities; and

(d) Storage facilities.

This equipment shall be rigidly fixed to the living compartment; however, the table may be designed to be easily removable.

That is irrelavant, this thread is about a Critic air application the only option you have is N1, having applied and had 3 of them.

I don’t see how it’s irrelevant as M1 is on my V5C, it’s in the VCA document, and M1 is what I filled in on my Crit Air application. 🤷‍♂️

I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree then! (y)

Because the French won't accept it on their form, maybe they do if under 3.5t I've only done it for PHVG and they only accept goods vehicle categories.
