Crit ‘Air application problem

I’ve tried to apply for certificate online today using both Chrome & Safari search engines. I am able to upload documentation but as soon as I go to pay, after proving I’m not a robot , the site doesn’t allow me any further & comes up with error message.
Anybody else experienced this problem?

If its the French one the biggest problem people have is reducing the V5 download down to an acceptable size.

The site accepts my V5 pdf so I’m not sure why it doesn’t let me complete

Yes, same issue, reducing V5 download solved it same problem got to pay stage and repeated error message

What size is it asking for?

Below 2mb & my file uploads as it is 1.8mb
It just doesn’t allow to go to payment

I uploaded a jpeg file less than 1 MB rather than the PDF and it allowed me to complete application

I got an email saying all ok and will be in the post 24th feb, came this Wednesday. I sent pic of reg and LPG conversion which they accept without question

Yup - load the page with the vehicle details on it - second page in I think. They just need to see confirmation of vin numbers, fuel type etc.

My uploaded V5 was exactly the same size in mb as yours and it failed every time. I reduced it to less than 100kb by using the lowest dpi setting on the scanner and it was no problem at all. That was the only thing that I changed on the application.
