We've completed our day2 test after returning to the UK on 24 January2022. We're now trying to complete the Rapid Results registration form for registering the results online via the link sent in an email from the Rapid Results organisation.

We find we are unable to input an arrival time back in the UK on to the form no matter what format we try to use, and therefore cannot complete or submit the form . Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did it get resolved?

We have tried to find a contact telephone number with no luck, and have submitted a help request twice, with two stock answers that don't help or solve it.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Don’t worry about it. We didn’t even do the test when we came back last August. Nobody checks. The requirement was and as far as I’m aware still is to buy the test and register the code you received by email on your PLF.
Like I said then and still believe, it’s not about safety but about money. Otherwise the free tests that we all have dozens of would suffice.

For the day2 tests the supplier sends the results directly to the authorities you do not need to do anything.

Thanks for your comment, but we haven't submitted the results yet. The query is that we are supposed to complete the online registration form and upload the results to that form (I believe). We can't complete the registration form to enable us to do that. We get to the box for "arrival time" back in the UK, and whatever format we try to enter, the time is not accepted and therefore we can't complete and submit the form.

Thanks for your reply, and yes, tried that and it just reads 12:00 but still won't let you proceed any further. Leaving the boxes blanks also won't let you proceed. It just displays a red box line around the whole section and a message saying "Please complete arrival time".. Although the arrival time section is not marked as a mandatory input field (so has no red asterisk) it must be, to flag up when the boxes are left blank. Don't understand it.

StevenLynne .... just a question regarding leaving France.... did you fill in/ need to show some French generated form in order to board the tunnel or just show covid certs? Hopelessly confused here as form you get directed to via Eurotunnel says for the "unvaccinated" only yet to upload all you need is PLF for UK govt... thanks

Hi there and thanks for the info, but the company we used is called OfficialRapidTests.com and is one of the government approved providers. Unfortunately, there is no contact telephone number, just a "request" form for any questions/queries. Weve had about 10 email message exchanges since 9.00 am this morning and are no further forward. Sounds like the same procedure you mention, you have to go on their site (using an activation code they provide) and complete the registration before you can upload the test results. Still waiting for a response from them to my last query??!!
