Covid!!?? for the first time

We are now at a 48 hr max aire at Champoteux overlooking the Loire. I believe that both my wife and myself have caught Covid or otherwise it’s man flue! However symptoms are persistant coughing slight headache temperature and very vey tired. Other than taking Paracetamol and ibuprofen is there anything else you can advise. I am certainly not in a fit state to drive
Any genuine suggestions would be very helpful

Good morning. I am rather surprised and disappointed that no one out there of the Fun community has been able to help me on this matter. We are both unable to get out of bed and would like some advice in these circumstances!
