were in los alcazores and thankfully good old Google found Costa caravans, what's apped them with the problem and photo and they gave me an appointment for a week later which I accepted, they have done a really first class job at their premises at los alcazores with perfect English being spoken by henk the owner and his son who carried out the work.
hopefully no one will need them but it might help someone else in need, a excellent service at a fair price.
