Is there a simple way to calculate the cost of motorway tolls from Calais to Bari? I can't imagine there is an app..... Anyone know any shortcuts to get a cost estimate for this trip?

Think if you go on via Michelin they will plan your route including tolls. May not be 100 per cent accurate depending on size of your van.
This one works, make sure you change so Class 2 is shown

Found it! Thanks, very useful. It quotes a tax disc at 39 euros. Any idea what that is? And how accurate are the toll costings? 108 euros to Bari seems low.
I saw this and thought I would add some clarification. To get the toll fare for a class two motorhome tick the box marked caravan under options in the left hand panel.
My Toll fare from Calais to Bari last year (using a combination of toll and non toll) was €94.70

Not really, the bigger the car the higher the fuel usage estimation. I put in luxury car but to be honest, only interested in toll cost information which is very accurate 99 percent of the time.
For France, I just selected non toll on my Sat Nav and went via Luxembourg (via Lille). Once I hit Switzerland it was toll roads all the way down after that. Cheap fuel in San Marino and well worth a visit as is Milan. Have a great trip.
