Coordinates on van sat nav

We have Xzent x-f280 sat nav.
Trying to put in coordinates for sights but they all vary
Example CAMC club uses Lat: & Long
Acsi uses N: & E: or N: & W
Aire book uses N & W

But my van sat nav will only let me put N & S

I have tried changing it but no other letters come up for me to enter?

So does it change automatically whatever I put in
Just using google on phone, getting us there

I suspect they're all using lat long, but unfortunately there's several formats.

Some use a negative number for West for the longitude, often with just a comma between lat and long. (E.g Google)

Some only use degrees with lots of decimals (Google)
Some use degrees and minutes with decimals (Garmin)
Some use degrees, minutes and seconds
