Cooking in the Van

I am concerned about the shortage of gas. We are planning a 2-month trip and so-far have only been able to collect 1 x 13 kg of gas. If it becomes as difficult in Europe as it is in UK right now, we are hoping to use campsites more and cook using our microwave. Not really looking forward to that and have picked up a few single-use bbqs. What contingency plans do you all have and how will you guys manage cooking microwave or bbq only?
Our local Homebase seems to have a lot of Calorlite, can they be utilized somehow??
 
Was in Asda today and these naan breads are back in stock. They are the same good quality as the ones above 👍

Bear in mind that many of the aires and sites don't allow bbqs, due to the fire risk.

Billy's oven was christened whilst we were away earlier this week.
An Aldi Cottage Pie, nom bloody nom.
 
Having spent so much time in India, Pakistan and Nepal i am still finding it difficult to find any comparable curry in UK.
Curry, my favorite.
