Good Morning all,
Could someone tell me what the battery symbol with a v and an arrow is telling me. Both leisure and cab batteries showing 14.8v on the panel. I have Lithium leisure, 200w solar with votronic mppt controller. Currently on site hook up with an apuljack Lithium mains charger. 2022 Bailey 79-4i.
Thanks in advance.

Is it telling you you're on hook up? unplug it and see if it goes out.

To me the Up Arrow by the V suggests the battery is charging and the Mains Plug symbol suggest the source is mains. I have never had a Bailey so this is just what it looks like to me.

14.8V is a bit high for some LiFePO4 batteries, hopefully it will drop to a lower maintenance charge as soon as the battery is full.

It might be helpful to know what the control-panel make/model is...

I hope the voltage on your panel is reading wrong as 14.8v is 3.7v per that is above the maximum of 3.65v and in serious danger of wrecking them. It's far better to only charge them to 14.1v to 14.2v.

I check with a multimeter if you value your batteries.

If like our Bailey caravan I think it means that the battery is over- voltage.
In the settings menu the oven and under voltage alarms can be turned off. But, why would you turn off a safety alarm?

PS. Maybe the suggestions that the battery is charging are right, but a multimeter would confirm the voltages shown on the panel

Page 89 of the manual possibly? although the up arrow would suggest it's charging. Is the lithium a recent addition?

Thanks Lenny ,

I will check when I get back to the motorhome. The solar and mains charger are on Lithium settings, I don't know what else I can do.

Quick update if it helps guys. If I remove the fuse from the solar controller and switch the mains charger to off the panel immediately shows leisure 13.7volts and cab13.2volts so it is showing 14.8 volts when charger is on which still seems too much. Leisure batteries were showing same as the panel at14.8volts when charger on but, now showing 13.7 volts when charger is off.

I doubt the charger is designed to provide more than 14.4/14.6V and think it is more likely the panel is over reading. From my experience if the battery is resting at 13.3V+ it is probably fully charged and I wonder why the charger has not dropped to a lower maintenance charge voltage.

I think it's an Apuljack modified charger, I think they just change the voltage, not something I would recommend when for a few quid more you can buy a decent Victron charger.
