Eura Mobil 690 HB
Hi everyone!

I’ve just purchased a 2004 Eura Mobil Integra 690 HB, based on the Fiat Ducato. I’ve had a problem with the control panel, however. I’ll go through the steps as to what happened to see if anyone may know what went wrong, or at least if it did.

I turned the panel off at the off switch. I later moved the van to my driveway. I lowered the electric step and when I tried to move it back up, it wouldn’t work. I then tried to turn the control panel back on to no avail. None of the interior lights are working, either.

I have tried disconnecting the panel, disconnected all the fuses I could find, disconnected the leisure battery. The leisure battery shows a reading of 13.6V according to my multimeter. The solar panels do seem to be working as their unit is still on.

Does anyone have any ideas? Kind of at a loss on what to do next. Thanks for any help!

Cant help with the problem but a search on the picture came up to say its made by CBE..
There should be a main fuse from the leisure battery, i would be checking that as well.

Also found this link. Might be worth a call to apuljack.

Almost certainly a fuse but can't help with location. Or it could be the 12v isolating relay sticking. Have you tried starting it. Will the step go up then? Our Euromobil has a button on the dash that lets you retract the step if you have started the engine. It alarms, you press the button, step retracts and buzzer stops.

If it's a relay, just staring and stopping the engine may clear it.

Not familiar with your panel or even your motorhome but in our AT there is also a main distribution panel (Sargent) inside one of our lockers and this has a "Shutdown" button on it that totally isolates the 12v supply.

You don't happen to have similar?

Thanks. Checked the fuses. Checked there is power to the unit. Found the Apuljack link also. Have emailed them but it’s the weekend. 👍

Thanks. Have tried starting. Alarm works but strop won’t move. Have separated motor from step at the moment and cable tied up. 👍

Can’t find anything like that. 👍

If it's a CBE control panel then there must be a CBE 12V fusebox somewhere, probably in a cupboard or in a locker/garage. What model number is the fusebox?
