Control panel LEDs all lit up

Hi All. My 05 Ducato Carioca 656 control panel has all the LEDs lit up and nothing will turn on when the buttons are pressed. Has anyone seen this before?

Try and disconnect it then reconnect to see if thsr helps. Is it damp?
