We have a rollerteam 747.

Having issues with the control panel. It wanted me to run an update before I could use the inet app. Ran this, but since then had an error with "no communication" to "vehicle connector."

Hot water and heating is working, but no connection to lights or 12v tv now. Tried a reset of control panel and it no longer shows the "switches" or "resources" boxes.

There used to be an additional device under connected devices that's not there now. The ne315 is missing.

Hello, Thanks everyone for your help. That's it finally working after finding the ne315 box behind the control panel and unplugging that then plugging back in. Phew! RMutch's wife!
I know it sounds a bit trite, but turning everything fully off and on again helped another member with the same error code ...

Been doing this, but don't know how to turn off the 12v supply. Is it just a case of removing fuses?

Do we disconnect the leisure battery? If so, do we remove the black cap, red one or both? Any particular order?

Picture of your leisure battery so peeps can see what fuses you have might help, do you have the user manual?

If your panel is the same as this one, turning it off at the lower right may be enough

We had a rollerteam with inet.

I think when we had to do an upload we had to do it via bluetooth. If you are updating is the bluetooth connected and if not would that be the answer ?

That's right, did the update via Bluetooth. It's connected to my phone again, but still the switches are missing.

If you disconnect either of the battery posts make sure the charger ain’t on or the panel might stay on! I’d just pull one connector off and give it 30 seconds then reconnect and hopefully it will reset

PS you’ve used up all your free posts

Worth a thought.
If you have the app you havent found a secret button that you have hit accidentally that turns it off ? (No idea where the secret button is or even if there is one)
