Hi. We have a NEC100 CP where all the buttons work perfectly and the 220v bulb lighs up when on EHU.

My pain is that none of the other bulbs light up.
I have checked each one using the 9v battery method, and they all light up OK.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi and welcome

Did they work before or have you inherited the problem with the van

Tbh I think we inherited the issue. Although my other half thinks that they were OK when we bought Doris. We can't decide although I am fairly sure that I have never seen them fully working.

It sounds as B if the 22v power supply is missing if they work direct off a battery. So I would be looking for the 12v supply fuse.
Is anything else not working

No. Everything else works as it should.
Will try and find the fuse. All fuses in cp fuse box are OK.

If it's anything like an Autotrail control panel. Disconnecting the 12v supply to the panel and re-connecting after a short time often cures a lot of faults.
If the led's are lighting then it may be a voltage supply break on the PCB.
