Hey everyone, In our van conversion we have a Truma combo and I'm having a water issue. Pressure is fine, hot water is very hot but for some reason I cannot get the shower to cool down. The moment I turn it to cold the flow dies off and nothing comes out, it's far to hot to shower in... Any ideas people? I can not figure this out! :notworthy:

Only on hot, nothing comes out on cold at all. When running on hot it's fine.

So basically no water getting from the pump to any cold tap? Is there a non return valve in the colds supply after the pump? Could be jammed shut? Take off a connector after the pump and see if you get cold out of the pipe. Start at the pump and work up the cold system.
That is what I would attempt but wiser heads are on their way!

It the cold reaches the boiler, I would look near there for a t or y split, then after that for a inline tap or one way valve.

Does your toilet flush? I assume that’s near. And it’s a cold flush

Or a blocked pipe, perhaps a joint not made correctly or a cut off piece blocking the flow. Have you ever had cold water flowing?
