I would guess that the card shows the Ignition Key number under mechanical, and the other is the electronic code on the key for the immobiliser..Handy thing to have should you want a 2nd/3rd key for the van, as they are very expensive to replicate if you dont have the codes.

I think they are the key codes for your vehicle key. With them a replacement key can be made which will work and allow you (or someone else!) to drive the vehicle (away).

I suggest you delete the photos. Show the card to a locksmith for confirmation, don't publish it! :)

My immobiliser is operated by my cobra key fob
I didn’t have the advantage of seeing the original photo of the card but almost certainly the Cobra is an aftermarket immobiliser/alarm whilst the card refers to the original manufacturers ignition key security immobiliser.
