Pretty much as per title. Do must clubs charge a full amount for the part day you arrive and the part day you leave? Or do they normally charge / night?

just a curious Cush

If you're refering to CMC and CCC clubs they charge for the overnight with stipulated times for the earliest you can arrive and a time you must be off site the next day.
No flexibility I believe

Have a look at searchforsites and park4night, lots of choices
Independant campsites will offer much better value for money, the clubs will charge you extra if you're not members

The C&cc rallies have an opening time on the day the rally starts and closing ti.e the rally ends. Only exceptions being rallies on co.mercial sites. Otherwise generally arrive when you want (at a reasonable hour) and leave when you want. Charges are per unit per night. No part day charges as that is something that sites do for late departures. We tend to be far more laid back than the c&mhc rallies, with plenty of space between units and we don't insist on all caravan draw bars pointing the same way. Quite amusi g what some folk believe happens at club rallies. Most of it fake of course
