I am a recent member of the above but when trying to make a booking I can't see where to add my membership number (only the part for friends/family)
Anyone help before I'm put on hold for 30mins?
 
It will ask you to sign in to your account.
 
Tried that, already had an account so tried logging out/in
 
If you are signed in it normally doesn't ask for your number, you should see Discount Applied when looking at the ticket price.

If I put my number into "friends and family" it shows discount (10%) but I should be getting 35% on midweek March booking.
I couldn't join from the website (kept returning to start page} so had to join by phone so maybe a website glitch

Have you got cookies blocked? My account # jumps in automatically when I go to book.

Their website assumes, because you put the code into 'Friends and Family' that you were exactly that, a friend or family person who had been given the code by Er? you.
If you log on as the Club Voyage member, it will give you the correct discount.
 
Just tried again, even went through from the membership confirmation email they sent but no discount is applied:(
When I'm logged in I can't see anywhere that says I'm a member, only been a couple of days so maybe not been updated yet.

Want to check your Club Voyage membership number - right click on the "My account" box and you should get a drop down menu that includes Club Voyage.

Not sure where you get the 35% discount from though - I have been a member since before they reduced the benefits and I only get 30% (although to be fair, haven't tried booking something ion March . . . )

right click just gets the usual windows stuff left click gets me this.

The Ts&Cs are different for those of us on the old scheme. We get the standard 30% off all fares. I think most of us would say we get a much better deal. Please note I said most before I get shouted down. Pre Covid we’d do one Spanish crossing plus a couple of French ones with 15% off. Hopefully we’ll be back up to that again this year.
 
I have just gone through the process of booking a crossing on the 15 March 2023, Portsmouth to St Malo. Before I started I signed into my account. I followed the process through and after selecting a cabin the next page was the summary which at the top in a yellow box it said membership discount subtracted.
I quite out at that point as I did not want to book it.

From memory they now charge extra for booking over the phone.
What I sometimes do if the UK number is busy if phone the French number (0033 2 31 36 36 36) "by m8stake". They speak lovely English and will sort you out. If they try to charge more say you do not understand. You may get away with it.

It very much depends on when you’re planning on going. The discount is no longer a standard 30% for new members. It varies depending on time of year and day of the week. You need to have a good look at the Ts&Cs.
 
Its worth the cost for us just doing one trip a year, the savings are double what it costs for the subscription.

Fairly lengthy phone call to a very helpful chap discovered the email address was wrong (they asked for a different email when joining, why I din't know) and had linked this to my Brittany Ferries account with a different email address.
Only problem is I've now missed a pet friendly cabin.

It tells me what I saved when I booked and it more than covers the cost of the yearly subscription fee even for just one crossing which is what we usually make.
