So I have a Euro 5 van (Adria A Class 2015 Fiat Ducato) and it’s up-plated to 4.5T. We recently went to a site in North Yorkshire and ended being taken through Bradford (not recommended!) and I saw the Clean Air Zone signs etc. We are also due to go to Portsmouth in a few weeks time for a crossing to France and may be going through their CAZ as we may be coming in from the East of Portsmouth depending on if we stopover elsewhere en-route. When putting my van reg in to the Government site to check if I’ll be charged, it is saying that I am ok for all the current CAZ apart from London which surprises me?

If you follow the M275 into Portsmouth, whether from east or west, it will take you to the ferry terminal without going near the LEZ. Just don't miss the turnoff and continue to the end of the motorway which WILL take you into the LEZ.

Check on here....
Mine is 2012 Euro 5 and 5000kg. Apart from coming up as a Heavy goods vehicle it passes for all the current areas listed.

WHOOPS... Just spotted that you have already checked... Oh well the link may help others (y)

Thanks, yes know Portsmouth quite well. I was just seeing if others had any thoughts as to why Euro 5 MH’s are not showing as needing to pay…..not that I’m complaining!!

I noticed this a whole back when I was travelling to London as a steward for Wimbledon.

Noticed that my 2014 motorhome is exempt to all charges in England except the London congestion charges so I was well chuffed, but it's weird as my motorhome is exempt but my new vw transporter isn't 😂
