Citroen Relay KAM error

I have my engine warning light on and using my cheap OBD2 reader it looks like there is some problem relating to the keep alive module. Any suggestions for how to further diagnose?

Couldn't seem to clear the error, maybe my OBD2 is not up to the job. Any suggestions for clearing errors on a relay appreciated, have tried multiple restarts and disconnected neg cable from battery for a few mins without success.

The battery did get low so may be related

Wouldn't be concerned usually but am about to sell so a buyer will naturally be more concerned
