Citroen Relay electrics

Hi
Does anyone know where the relays are that control central locking and cruise control.
I seem to have a bank of fuses that have no power coming into them.
Anyone with ideas would be great.

The cruise control will only have power when the ignition is on?

When I try to engage it nothing happens, with ignition on and driving.

it has a CANBUS connection to the ECU
