Citroen relay door card fixings

Got a possl 2win on a Citroen relay and put the stainless steel security plates behind the locking door handles so far so good.
How the feck do you get the door card back on? The fixings are a weird shape and look like you put them in the door card rectangular fixing holes then press the whole door card back in….BUT I can’t get the Feckin things out of the door!!! Can anyone help?

The best way is with z proper tool which looks like a flat screwdriver that has the blade separated in the centre and cranked

The head just bends under the tool and slips through!

Just break off the existing ones and fit new ones, they are not expensive.
That's what I did for the ones that I could not remove.
