Ci cusona leisure battery not charging on hook up

I have had this now for nearly six months and so far all going well. I first noticed the battery going flat quite early on but thought the law of averages it was the battery as this had been sitting around for a long time before I purchased it. I tried charging a few times, looked ok but soon went flat again so purchased a new battery and at the same time I also fitted a solar panel on the roof. During the sunny days following all seemed great but now we have less sun it seems to go back to its old habit. I have been away for a few nights and have been on hook up during this time but the leisure bat is still draining. All that is on this is the water pump for shower/sink and toilet. Lights are lamps on mains. Any idea ?

coliwogs Are you sure that your built in mains supplied battery charger is working/switched on ?

No idea to be honest. Is there an on and off switch ? This is under the drivers seat I think. It’s very hard to get a look at it unless I take seat out

Replaced old battery and installed a solar panel on top. Charges fine in summer but these days not so good. Am I right in thinking when on electric hookup this should also stay charged? I only have the water pump that should be draining. All lights are lamps on mains. I have gone from 12.6 down...
