We are having a couple of issues with the fridge not operating on 12v (whilst driving) and also the 12v indicator not registering 12v vehicle battery state of charge. When plugged in everything works fine.
I have found a previous thread on here were the member had almost identical the same issues which they eventually fixed by changing a fuse on the battery.
I have checked the fuses in that I can see in situ and they all appear fine.
My question is can you check the fuses on the battery in situ without taking them out.
Last year we had an issue with the fridge control board which we ended up
replacing. When we had this issue the battery meter continued to operate.
Amy help would be appreciated.

If you have a multi meter then you can check that there is voltage at the outlet side of the fuse as they are connected to the battery positive.

Many fuses have a small exposed area at the top of each leg so you can use a multimeter.
Or take out and use multimeter on Continuity mode.
