Cheapo swiss vignette

if I’m likely to be in in Switzerland for no more that 3 days what’s the most economic option for vignette - other than I guess not going on motorways ? Do I opt for a paper one , a e-vignette which is 40 chf or go for the lump sum heavy charge ? I’m in a 3500 updated to 3800 btw
