It is, but a lot of people including myself still use quite a bit of 4/5g data in the UK and at £2 a month its a no brainer. I use mine to run my home wifi system sometimes.

Indeed, this is an excellent deal, look at it like this ... 3 months of smarty will get you 3 years of service via a deal like this. Just buy another sim for use abroad.

I'm actually buying one today for use to swap into my "house" backup device for ocasions when home Internet is down so I can move the unlimited I have in there "now" to something that I'll use everyday. £60 for 3 years 80Gb a month is a GREAT deal.
