Hi, I've seen cheap carpet stretch lining on eBay, about £30 for 10m, has anyone used it? Worth getting?

I have used stretch van lining carpet a few times and they have all been much the same.
You are more likely to get problems if it's too stretchy and end up with handfuls of stretch material and nowhere for it to go.
