Chausson 630
Hi, just bought our first motorhome, a 2020 chausson 630 and the under beds lights on 1 side seem to be intermittently working. Have checked some of the connections which seem fine but wondered if the was a common fault that regularly happens on these type of lights to point me in the right direction. Thanks

It is probably the LEDs, swap one from the other side to confirm.

If it was all of them I’d suggest making sure bed is fully up (no bedding blocking it from doing so) and the bed contacts are well in touch with wall contacts. Our bed sometimes moves a smidge out of line after bumpy drive and just needs a nudge up or sideways to improve contact. But if only some not working it must be LEDs?

Clean the contacts on the slider and make sure it’s realigned tbh we find them too bright anyway and hardly ever if ever use em

I had the same problem on Chausson 530 earlier this year with the rearmost lights and thought it was in of the LED down lights. Changed for a new set of LED's and the problem was still there.

I found that whilst the all connections under the mattress looked ok, one of the factory fitted connectors to the LED down light was causing the intermittent flickering. Solution was to remake the connection with WAGO connectors. Problem solved, so for peace of mind changed out the remaining connectors.

Hope this helps.
