Chausson Titanium 77
We have just purchased a Chausson Titanium 777 GA and have been shown how to use the toilet cassette. What we don't know however is how/whete we put water into the toilet and where we put the chemicals.
Any help would be great.
Many Thanks in advance.

Presumably you weren't given any user manuals.
You don't say the year but there are several instruction videos on the web.
The fluid containers will tell you where it goes. There's fluid (often pink) for the flush water and another (often blue) that you put into the cassette. Depending upon year/model of your toilet the flush water will either be from a tank situated (accessed) in the cassette locker or from the motorhome's main fresh water tank (although some have a cistern to contain the flushing water and the flush water pump above the toilet pan). Obv if the flush water is from the main fresh water tank you don't put any (pink) flush fluid in it.
The model number of the toilet or a photo of of the cassette locker with the door open showing the cassette in place would help.

OK Many thanks, I'll send some pictures later. it's a 2021 model. There is nowhere within the cassette section to add any fluids (unlike our old.motorhome which we filled from the outside)

On a 2021 model it will flush from your freshwater tank. All you have to do is pour about half a cupful of blue stuff into your cassette ( cap off cassette ) along with a pint of water. You can put some pink stuff into spray bottle ( watered down ) and spray around the bowl if you want.

Our Chausson flushed using water from the main water tank no separate flushing tank so no chemicals to go in there!! I liked to put a laundry bio pd in the actual cassette, no other chemicals. If I thought it there was a bit of a whiff then another pod if nowhere to empty the cassette. Cheap bio-pods work really well. I always emptied the cassette and put in a pud plus a pint or litre of warm water to get the thing going.

When parking up between van use I always emptied the cassette and made sure it really was empty. Dried and cleaned all seals and then filled with warm water and added a pod. Left 24 hours, empty, dry and grease seals then replace in locker.

Ah thanks, that's probably it then. We had not considered that it may use the normal water tank as that's not what we were used to, but it does make sense.

Yes, I noticed that it only covered how to use the toilet not where to put the chemicals, but since since the m/h is new to you and you appear not to have been given any manuals it seemed likely that you might find it useful at some point.

It's bizarre how often one reads of new owners who apparently haven't been given any manuals. It does make one wonder what owner/dealers do with them.

A lot of manuals are online these days and you have to download them yourself - and print them if you want hard copies!

Our cassette toilet flushes from main tank. We just put an aqua chem green sachet into the cassette, through the opening flap, and a quick flush of water, good to go.

We put normal bio detergent in the toilet when you press the flush button does water come out as it may be fed from your French water tank
It looks as you have one water fill point

Never understood why anyone would unnecessarily fill up their cassette by adding water. I just put in a shot of bio liquid knowing water will be added shortly when my bladder is full.

I tend not to flush unless necessary as a squirt from a spray bottle does the job and you can squirt where needed and keep it all cleaner.

Just to make you smile my predictive text wanted to put squirrel instead of squirty. Using a squirrel to brush the loo ?
