Chausson 610 Welcome brake light question

We appear to have a brake light failure on our 2015 Chausson 610 (Ford Transit base). According to the manual we need a Jokon 13262 replacement, but having searched the internet I can find no trace of this, even on Jokon's own site. Can anyone throw any 'light' on this?

A picture would help. Is it a crescent shaped one ?
Or measurements. length x width x thickness . Distance screw holes apart, etc.

M1, a bit late but if it is a 2015 model then ask your local ford dealer to replace it under guarantee, the guaranty lasts three years according to our local ford dealer.
We have the same MH 2015.
