I have a 610 and found water on the seat after a shower of rain. On closer to inspection I can see a gap in the top corner between to the panoramic window and the seal. Chausson are saying that this is not water ingress under the terms of the warranty when is water ingress not water ingress? I have examined the window and it is warped i.e at the edges the two panes of perspex are parallel but in the middle there is a bulge where there are several cm between the two panes. Clearly the integrity of the window is compromised and I believe the bulge is causing the distortion which means that it doesn't fit properly (the dealer says they have never heard of this ever happening!?). Furthermore I can now see condensation between the panes which, to me, is proof that the sealed unit is no longer sealed.
Has anyone else had this issue and did you get it replaced under warranty?
Thanks
