Central Locking

Hi we have a new 2022 Swift KonTiki and can't get the central locking to work from the key fob or the dash board anyone got any ideas as to what can cause this to happen

Make sure all the doors are shutting properly and check the battery in the fob.

A wiring problem with the Hab door is a common problem.

I have got the cabin doors to lock on the dashboard but the habitation door only locks from the inside so will get the dealership to repair it

My central locking went tits up yesterday, hab door would open but not lock, i then found out the key won't actually work opening or locking (new 2022 Kontiki) I powered down the 12v using the black button, put it back on now central locking works but not like it used to? Before the bottom key fob button locked and opened, now only the red fiat button will lock it. The damn thing still locks itself too after a minute so I can't even use the hab door lock to gain entry as the key doesnt work

Mine will only central lock with the red Fiat button the habitation lock on the door failed while in Portugal I cleaned the four door contacts at the bottom of the door and it started to work had the same thine at home last week cleaning it seems to work with mine

Yeah working again now, what is the key, same as the garage

Yes mate the small Roy g one for the garage gas locker and toilet
