Celebrity Motorhomers (or tuggers)

Just chatting with friends last night and (to pass the time over a drink) tried to think of any famous or celebrity people who do Motorhoming or caravanning. Can’t think of any…..unless someone knows otherwise?

Adam whatshisname from Eastenders
David Batty formerly of Leeds and Newcastle has or had a caravan
Dame Helen Mirren, I believe has a motorhome
A few Formula 1 Grand Prix drivers have or had one. VIlleneuve and Button had the same one
Lenny HB has one

Davis Love III was well known for driving around the states to attend golf tournaments in his RV….

he preferred to have all his home comforts rather than hotel rooms whilst on tour……

guess it wouldn’t have fitted many UK sites, as way over 9m….

Guy Martin used a transit as accommodation whilst touring the TT and other road races.

and for those that have been to Broadway, Prince Phillip had a caravan when attending carriage riding events…

James Martin the chef used to have a Concorde Carver, then a Burstner Elegance. I think he’s now downsized and has a Hymer.

Nigel Mansell also has had two Concordes, a Charisma and a mahoosive Liner 990M . He had to take his HGV driving test in order to drive the liner.

Warwick Davis is a caravanner, and Jaqui Smith ( ex Labour Home Secretary I think) has a caravan, but may be a static.

Not sure if they still qualify as ‘celebrities’ but Edwina Currie had a motorhome & Margaret Beckett had a caravan. The latter was forced to give it when in office due to security fears. I saw Edwina Currie a few times on the BF Portsmouth - Caen ferry.
