Hi, my Telco unit doesn’t connect, I have heard there is an update for the Telco site. My Motorhome is a 2018.

Does anyone know where the Telco box is located?

Have a look in the cupboards or see where the wires go into the motorhome and trace it back, its wherever they fitted it, everyone will be in a different place!

Equally likely, it is looking for the wrong satellite.

When you find the control box, check it says Astra 2
