Can anyone suggest a Van or Motorhome without cab step about 6.5m length

As my wife is in a wheelchair and unable to transfer to a seat, we are looking for something with a level floor right through, around 6 to 7 meter, max length. Two berth only needed.
We would need door widening and wheelchair anchors in the front passenger space etc.
I would want to park and store on our driveway, which is 15m long and 5m wide, and access gates are 10 foot wide.
We have parking to left of drive which is about 11m square. So storage at home should not be an issue.
As we would be touring mainly France, without bikes and a tow car, we feel anything too long would be restrictive and not allow many daily excursions etc.
We are already aware of the main WAV converter in the U.K., but their vehicles are mainly quite long, with multiple berths, so at bit over top for our needs.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you tried some of the many PVC converters to see if they can customise a van for you? The sliding door could accommodate a chair lift and as you say a wheel chair anchorpoint in the front passenger seat, automatic so no gear leaver sticking out and a custom wet room rather than a small shower room. I would draw up a list of what you want and then take it from there. I have experience of the difficulties with a chair as my mother was quadriplegic and unable to transfer, transport was a nightmare we used a custom made van with a side lift and chair lock in the back portion.
