Can anyone help me update the SatNag on my 2021 Burstner 745 please

I have a pioneer AVIC-EVO1 DT2-C-HU satellite navigation fitted as part of Burstner's standard equipment. We bought this in 2021 but I notice that the maps are probably 2019 at the latest. Anyone been able to update the SatNav software who can point me in the right direction (needless to say, the selling dealer was about as much use as a chocolate fireguard). Thanks

Have a look on eBay, there’s a guy who does lots of different types. I found him very helpful

Do they update on their own ours is a 69 plate Burstner & having just used it on our recent trips up to Scotland it worked fairly well looks same set up as yours.

Glad to see I'm not the only one to call it satnag.

Can't seem to link to my reply on another thread. It's easy enough to do but maps are expensive.

Email the customer services they will send you instructions. Need a usb drive.

Thanks for the tip. I have found a guy on EBay - he is asking me for the ECO reference - any idea what that means Please?
