Can’t get the outside light to work on my new Hymer 600 ?

Our Hymer is 2016 so I wouldn't dare speculate as to where you problem may be, as your system will be more computer reliant than ours.

Is that a Free 600 or BMC 600?
we have the BMC and the outside light is the first switch as you go in the habitation door, or it can be turned on/off remotely via mobile app.
